We offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are usually delivered within 6–12 business days. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed before dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday during business hours.

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to become available. During sales periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available depending on the destination and order value. The applicable shipping rate and any duties or taxes will always be shown at checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, please make sure you have provided the correct email address and check your email spam folder. If it is still missing, there might be a typo in the email address on your order. Please contact us at info@aiushrefugee.com, and we will sort it out for you. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Local orders are shipped based on your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

International orders are shipped with an express service, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

What is Role return policy?

You may request to return your order within 14 days from the delivery of your package.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or size, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to do so. Contact us here.
